Becherovka is a traditional drink in the Czech Republic. Up until now, it was almost impossible to find in the US, but it seems it has now made its way over. Here's an interesting article about the herbal liqueur, its introduction into the US market, and some new ways to drink it. I'm not a big fan of drinking it in the traditional way (straight and neat), but I will have to try these recipes and see if it changes my mind.
Proving to my mother (and other non-believers) that when it comes to food and Prague, there's more than meets the eye.
